1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through Casström AB’s websites, including www.casstrom.com and www.casstrom.se, as well as orders placed by email or telephone.

By placing an order, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.


2. Orders and Contract

Orders may be placed through:

  • Our online store
  • Email
  • Telephone during our regular business hours

The minimum order value is SEK 50.

Once you have completed your order, an automatic order confirmation will be sent to your email address. This confirmation only acknowledges receipt of your order and does not constitute a binding agreement.

A binding purchase agreement is formed only when your order has been dispatched and you have received a shipping confirmation.

Casström AB reserves the right to reject or cancel orders due to technical errors, incorrect pricing, inaccurate customer information, or any other circumstances that prevent the order from being fulfilled.


3. Prices

All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable.

For deliveries outside the European Union, local customs duties, import VAT, taxes, or other government fees may apply. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are governed by the legislation of the destination country.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, adjust prices, account for currency fluctuations, and rectify technical errors.

Product images and colours may differ from the actual product due to screen settings and the natural variations found in materials such as wood, leather, and antler.


4. Payment

We offer the payment methods available at checkout, including but not limited to:

  • Credit and debit cards
  • Klarna Checkout
  • PayPal
  • Other locally available payment methods

A credit assessment may be carried out by the payment provider where applicable.

The terms and conditions for each payment method are governed by the respective payment provider.


5. Delivery

We deliver to the countries available for selection in our online store at the time of purchase.

Items in stock are normally dispatched within three (3) business days. Shipping time thereafter depends on the destination and selected shipping method.

If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you if delivery is expected to be delayed.

The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer when the goods have been received by the customer or a person designated by the customer.

Shipping costs are always displayed before the purchase is completed.


6. International Deliveries

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges may apply.

These fees are levied by the authorities in the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Casström AB is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or local authorities.


7. Damaged Goods

If your shipment is damaged upon delivery, this should be reported to the carrier as soon as possible.

Please also contact Casström AB without undue delay so that we can assist you further.


8. Complaints and Claims

If a product is defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at service@casstrom.se.

Private consumers are entitled to make claims regarding original defects in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

If a claim is approved, Casström AB will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Products returned by cash on delivery (COD) or similar services will not be accepted.


9. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a person designated by you, receive the goods, in accordance with applicable distance selling legislation.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly notify us of your decision within the withdrawal period. The easiest way to do this is by using our online EU withdrawal form:

If you use our online withdrawal form, we will send you a confirmation acknowledging receipt of your notice.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date of your notification.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised products, such as laser-engraved items.

The customer is liable for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function.

Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The product should be properly packaged and returned together with information enabling us to identify the order.


10. Refunds

For approved returns, refunds will be processed no later than fourteen (14) days after we have received your notice of withdrawal.

However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that the goods have been sent back.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.


11. Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, Casström AB reserves the right to charge the customer for the actual costs incurred for return shipping, administration, and handling.


12. Order Cancellation

An order may be cancelled before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

If the shipment has already been dispatched, the provisions regarding the right of withdrawal and returns shall apply.


13. Personal Data

Casström AB processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Personal data is processed for the purpose of:

  • administering orders,
  • fulfilling the purchase agreement,
  • complying with legal obligations,
  • handling complaints and customer service matters, and
  • where applicable, marketing based on consent or legitimate interest.

You have the right to request information about the personal data we process, request correction or deletion, object to processing, and request data portability in accordance with applicable legislation.

15. Sales to Minors

Orders may only be placed by persons aged 18 years or older, or with the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian.


16. Force Majeure

Casström AB shall not be liable for delays or failure to fulfil its obligations where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, war, pandemics, strikes, transport disruptions, or similar events.


17. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our websites, including text, images, logos, and product information, is the property of Casström AB or is used with permission from the respective rights holder.

Unauthorised copying or use is prohibited.


18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.

In the event of a dispute, Casström AB will follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) where Swedish consumer legislation applies.

Consumers within the European Union may also have the right to use alternative dispute resolution procedures available under applicable local legislation.
