Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please ensure the item is well-packaged to avoid damage during transit. Include the following information inside the package:

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and for ensuring that the package arrives safely to us. We recommend sending your return using a trackable shipping service or courier.
Returns sent as cash on delivery (COD) will not be accepted. Keep your proof of postage—you are responsible for the return shipment.
If you'd prefer that we arrange the return shipping, this may be possible in certain cases, and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns from outside EU
If you are returning goods from outside EU it is essential that mark the Package Clearly as a Return. Please write clearly on the outside of the package:
“Returned goods – No commercial value”
Also, ensure that you correctly Fill Out the Customs Declaration (Commercial Invoice) with Reason for export:
“Returned goods” or “Goods returned to seller – no sale”
If a Value must be entered, the original value can be stated, but the customs declaration must clearly say:
“Value for customs purposes only – No charge – Return of original goods"
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customized products (e.g. special orders or laser-engraved items).
Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-Day EU Right of Withdrawal
If goods are delivered within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from or return your order within 14 days—without giving any reason.
As with our standard policy, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
